BEEFSTEAK TOMATOES

Grown primarily in California and Utah at this time, our Beefsteak tomatoes are the biggest of the Houweling’s family of greenhouse tomatoes. Known for their firm “meaty” texture, light-red color and thicker skin, Beefsteaks aren’t quite as sweet as the other varieties but certainly deliver an incredible flavor complement when sliced and added to a sandwich or a char-broiled burger.
