VINE-RIPE & HAND PICKED

At Houweling's, our tomatoes are naturally vine ripened prior to being harvested.

Everything we grow is picked, packed and processed through our own grading facility or directly in the greenhouse.  This minimizes handling of our products to maintain peak quality and freshness.  Post harvest chemicals or waxes are never used.

Our method of harvesting in combination with our rapid distribution systems ensure that our products can be picked, packed and shipped within the same day.
